What you will do

• Investigate fraud concerns and high-risk transactions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for fraud and high-risk transactions across all lines of business.
• Resolve high-risk cases with urgency while adhering to established service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional risk teams to combat account takeover (ATO), social engineering, and other red flags.
• Recommend product improvements to mitigate future fraud concerns and enhance customer experience.
• Report on transaction trends to leadership to ensure department goals are met.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of Customer Support experience including customer-facing roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule between 8 AM - 8 PM ET, Monday-Friday.
• Hybrid availability: must be able to work from the Salt Lake City, UT office 2 days a week.
