TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day activities for delivery teams, ensuring alignment with software delivery processes and best practices.
  • Develop and manage project artifacts, including implementation plans, financials, and client-facing status reports.
  • Facilitate project meetings, such as kickoffs, discovery sessions, and PMO reviews.
  • Coordinate resource needs and daily activities of development teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Consult on project management, user adoption, and change management best practices for legal industry clients.
  • Provide SME consultation on complex projects and identify potential project risks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT work experience in software implementation.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading projects exceeding $100,000 or 100 users.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and pay transparency laws).
