Sr Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive projects to successful completion by assessing risks, developing mitigation plans, and coordinating resources.
• Schedule, install, validate, and deliver products within timelines while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from kickoff to go-live, working with hirify.global and third-party vendors.
• Document and communicate project status, goals, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and improve processes for better efficiency.
• Support conversion projects during non-business hours or weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in project management, particularly in fintech
• 6+ years delivering large-scale online enterprise software deployments to enterprise customers
• 6+ years project management experience, including technical projects
• 25% travel to client sites required
• Proven end-to-end project management for customer-facing work with complex data management.
• Familiarity with software systems (front-end, back-end, APIs, SSO) and financial services.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; PMP certified or plan to obtain.

Nice to have

• Financial institution/banking experience.
• Understanding of PFM applications as SaaS.
• Experience with data table cross-references and mapping.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, Web Service APIs, SOAP, REST.
