What you will do

• Manage high-priority, complex enterprise projects following Global Project Portfolio Management (GPPM) standards.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional resource teams to meet project requirements and strategic goals.
• Develop project requirements, define scope, and establish success metrics.
• Engage stakeholders via frequent status updates and the management of RAID logs.
• Administer project change processes and develop contingency plans for risks, costs, and schedule revisions.
• Coach and counsel project team members to resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management focusing on large or complex projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Fort Worth, TX.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.
• Proficiency in PPM software tools, with Planview experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and process improvement practices.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certifications (PMP, PgMP, etc.).
• Agile/Scrum Certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in a corporate environment.
