Location: Hybrid (US), requires reporting to the office at least 3 days per week

Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead advanced category learning to identify drivers of liking, preference structures, and consumer decision journeys.
• Create and standardize sensory and experience design playbooks for innovation and renovation pipelines.
• Analyze and leverage large internal datasets to uncover strategic patterns and insights.
• Pioneer the adoption of new capabilities, such as AI, into day-to-day research and innovation work.
• Partner with global UX, R&I, and Marketing teams to align stakeholders around shared product truths.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required (PhD preferred) in Sensory Science, Consumer Science, Food Science, Market Research, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer research and/or sensory science within the CPG or adjacent industry.
• Deep expertise in quantitative modeling, qualitative insights, and sensory evaluation methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading preference mapping and drivers of liking research.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model with regular office attendance.
