What you will do

• Lead content production and expert analysis for critical materials reports, with a focus on bulk and specialty process gases.
• Act as principal analyst on research projects and develop analytical models for transition to junior analysts.
• Research emerging applications, supply-chain developments, competitive dynamics, and semiconductor materials trends.
• Mentor and coach team members while leading projects and improving research practices.
• Collaborate with product management, acquired businesses, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and customer meetings to support market knowledge and sales efforts.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of industry experience in semiconductor process gases.
• Established professional network within the semiconductor materials sector.
• Strong market research skills, including developing and integrating research methodologies.
• Ability to work independently on complex, multi-source analytical challenges and communicate sensitive technical information clearly.
• Experience mentoring team members, leading projects, and building stakeholder consensus.
