What you will do

• Design and execute high-quality research studies, including the development of detailed evaluation and statistical analysis plans.
• Lead HEOR analyses such as cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and ROI studies across various lines of business.
• Analyze medical/pharmacy claims, EHR, and biometric data to quantify impact on utilization and total cost of care.
• Develop evidence packages and value narratives to support product strategy, customer value propositions, and commercial growth.
• Disseminate findings through peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, white papers, and conference presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to design experiments and quality improvement initiatives using evidence-based behavioral science.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing HEOR, real-world evidence, or health services research studies.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA.
• 3+ years of healthcare analytics experience working with claims and EHR data.
• Familiarity with causal inference, propensity score methods, and budget impact modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in the digital health, virtual care, or chronic condition management industry.
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI tools for communicating economic insights.
• A track record of publishing HEOR or real-world evidence studies in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience building economic models and payer-facing evidence decks.
