What you will do

• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for core BD/RIA platforms, including brokerage workstations and onboarding.
• Act as the primary liaison between product teams and stakeholders to integrate SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory requirements.
• Manage the product backlog, translating business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
• Lead discovery activities using research and analytics to drive continuous product improvement.
• Oversee the full application development lifecycle from ideation to deployment, defining MVPs and managing trade-offs.
• Manage external vendors to deliver critical features and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer/RIA operations or financial services.
• Proven track record in wealth management or capital markets environments.
• Experience supporting advisor-facing and back-office platforms (CIP/KYC, surveillance, compensation).
• Strong understanding of regulated financial services, compliance, and risk.
• Proficiency in Agile product development and Jira management.
• Must be based in the United States.
