What you will do

• Lead and direct high-profile initiatives across project phases, aligning deliverables with the firm's product roadmap.
• Act as the primary liaison between Wealth Management, Operations, IT, and external software vendors for requirement definition and issue resolution.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews and workflow analysis to optimize the internal TRAX application.
• Manage release planning and prioritization to resolve platform issues and achieve organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to maintain platform stability and balance usability with performance.
• Develop and maintain training resources and procedural documentation for internal team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 2-3 years of relevant business experience, specifically within the securities industry.
• Expertise in Product Management, stakeholder management, and process design.
• Strong understanding of iterative software development processes and procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong emphasis on CoPilot AI.
• Location: Must be based in the USA within the company's operational footprint.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
