Senior Digital Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $155,542 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead agile software product development and act as the key liaison between business, UX design, and technology teams.
• Define the long-term vision and strategy, building the roadmap to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee product and feature discovery to improve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and friction reduction.
• Create high-quality business requirements and user stories while managing the scope of each release.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative data analysis to balance constraints and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product/project management using JIRA and Asana.
• Proven track record in Agile/Scrum and Lean environments as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and user research to develop product feature requirements.
• Experience working with Enterprise level Content Management Systems.
• Must be based in New York, NY and available to travel to the office within 24 hours' notice.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with site optimization (A/B and Multivariate testing) and personalization.
