Senior Digital Product Manager (Fintech): Leading agile software product development for digital investment products with an accent on user experience and long-term product strategy. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: at least 4 days per week in office)
Salary: $155,542 – $165,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead agile software product development and act as the key liaison between business, UX design, and technology teams.
- Define the long-term vision and strategy, building the roadmap to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee product and feature discovery to improve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and friction reduction.
- Create high-quality business requirements and user stories while managing the scope of each release.
- Apply qualitative and quantitative data analysis to balance constraints and customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital product/project management using JIRA and Asana.
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum and Lean environments as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Experience leveraging data analytics and user research to develop product feature requirements.
- Experience working with Enterprise level Content Management Systems.
- Must be based in New York, NY and available to travel to the office within 24 hours' notice.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience with site optimization (A/B and Multivariate testing) and personalization.
