TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Automotive): Growing new and existing business within the automotive vertical through active prospecting and account management with an accent on high-level decision-maker engagement and pipeline growth. Focus on cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, and exceeding sales quotas across a multi-state region.

Location: Must be based in the Denver, CO area; role involves traveling to dealership locations in CO, NE, IA, ND, SD, WY, and KS.

What you will do

  • Cultivate a new business pipeline through cold calling and door swings based on 30, 60, and 90-day timelines.
  • Upsell additional hirify.global services to the existing automotive client base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and close business with "A" level decision-makers.
  • Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key account decision-makers.
  • Plan and execute effective travel schedules within the assigned multi-state region.
  • Maintain precise Salesforce data entry and consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Denver, CO area.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience selling technology solutions to both marketing and IT teams.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
