TL;DR

Director, Customer Success, OEM Solutions (Pricing & Incentives): Lead customer success for OEM clients using proprietary automotive data and analytics with an accent on sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values. Focus on developing actionable insights, optimizing multi-billion-dollar budgets, and presenting recommendations to C-suite executives.

Location: Remote (California only, LA area preferred, requires 25-30% travel)

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor to OEM executives on sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values.
  • Distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client profitability.
  • Present to C-suite on pricing, incentives, business planning, demand forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources to explain sales performance, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
  • Develop client-specific solutions, case studies, and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support sales team with data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales
  • Auto industry experience required, ideally in sales or finance
  • MBA highly desirable
  • Consulting experience highly desirable
  • Data analysis, problem-solving, storytelling, communication, and leadership presentations
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment
