What you will do

• Manage global corporate treasury activities, including monitoring worldwide daily cash positions and executing funding.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with global banking partners and administer corporate banking platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing foreign exchange (FX) exposures and hedges.
• Lead automation projects for treasury workflows and create real-time dashboards for leadership insights.
• Oversee investment managers and manage the corporate credit card program.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve the hirify.global platform from a user perspective.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with both private and public companies.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• International treasury experience and knowledge of US and international banking services and payment systems.
• AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience implementing automation tools to scale efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, or CTP.
• Prior experience working within the Fintech industry.
