What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic delivery, defining project scope, economic models, and business cases for key initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business functions and tech teams to solve dependencies and ensure alignment with the business vision.
• Monitor and report on the execution of the 3-year strategic plan and AI portfolio to the ExCo.
• Drive the transition to an AI-first company through day-to-day collaboration with the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) team.
• Animate product and process communities to foster collaboration and share best practices across the organization.
• Provide guidance on methodologies and help product owners upskill on embedding AI into their product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or an internal transformation/strategy department.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects in a matrixed e-commerce or tech environment.
• Ability to decompose complex bottlenecks into scalable logic using a rigorous engineering-led approach.
• Familiarity with AI use cases and their integration into business processes.
• Exceptional oral and written communication in English.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Saint-Denis, France.
