What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation engagements for enterprise clients from scoping to go-live and handoff.
• Build scalable onboarding methodologies, playbooks, and project templates to reduce time-to-value.
• Manage concurrent projects ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high client satisfaction.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping.
• Develop PS practice including pricing, resource plans, and delivery standards.
• Own NRR and gross retention, build success plans, and oversee customer support with SLA standards.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling PS, CS, and Support functions from scratch in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in enterprise client implementations and executive-level engagement.
• Strong systems thinking across PS, CS, Support, Product, and Sales.
• AI-first mindset for optimizing delivery and customer experience.
• Data-driven customer focus using dashboards, health scores, and usage signals.

• Experience in knowledge graph or data foundation technologies.
