Senior Solutions Engineer (Firefox Enterprise)

Location: Remote Germany; supporting customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Salary: €81,000–€108,000 EUR annually

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on strategic Firefox Enterprise opportunities across the DACH region.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, customer workshops, pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout planning.
• Advise enterprise customers on deployment models, architecture, policy management, security controls, and integration approaches.
• Validate interoperability across SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxies, endpoint tooling, certificates, PKI, and browser policy frameworks.
• Identify and resolve technical risks involving application compatibility, certificate handling, deployment complexity, and policy enforcement.
• Create reusable reference architectures, deployment guidance, validation plans, enablement materials, and partner support resources.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Security Architecture, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong experience with enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of GPO, MDM, policy management, certificates, PKI, TLS, proxies, SSO, MFA, IdP integrations, SIEM, DLP, CASB, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience supporting technical evaluations, pilots, or enterprise deployments in complex customer environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native-level fluency in German is required.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape.
• Experience with public sector, financial services, or KRITIS operators.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical configurations and sales evidence.
