Associate Sales Engineer (German)

Location: Remote home office in Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 112,300–161,810, plus eligibility for sales commission and applicable incentive compensation

What you will do

• Support technical presentations, product demonstrations, discovery calls, and customer meetings.
• Help develop proof-of-concepts and value demonstrations for hirify.global solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to relevant networking and security offerings.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests.
• Create solution diagrams, technical documentation, and sales collateral.
• Enable partner technical sales teams and use AI-assisted tools for technical discovery, demo preparation, solution design, and customer analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a technology organization.
• Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies, with a basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Practical fluency with AI-assisted tools and an understanding of their capabilities and limitations in enterprise networking and security.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar technologies.
• Experience with networking labs, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Python, or Bash.
