What you will do

• Identify, outreach to, and engage dental practices in priority markets for recruitment.
• Execute provider contracts by coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and supporting negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers as day-to-day point of contact post-contracting.
• Onboard new providers, ensuring understanding of processes, expectations, and resources.
• Track recruitment pipeline, maintain records of outreach and contracting status.
• Resolve provider issues, escalate concerns, and develop outreach materials and strategies.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in healthcare, provider relations, sales, account management, or network development (dental or healthcare preferred)
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building with external partners
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and track work accurately
