What you will do

• Own and manage relationships with primary care provider partners as primary point of contact, building trust to drive Counterpart Assistant adoption.
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and training as product SME, optimizing in-office workflows with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Implement structured engagement plans to maximize platform use, retention, and success in value-based care.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, driving data-informed interventions.
• Influence adoption of best practices across PCP practices and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting with proven adoption and retention track record
• Proven ability to build clinician relationships, drive operational change, and translate data into actionable metrics for clinical/financial outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of primary care workflows, EHRs, medical billing, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payments.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% / 5 days a week; reside in Gainesville, FL or surrounding area

Nice to have

• Understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
• Experience implementing value-based care tools in primary care.
• Knowledge of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, coding, Stars, HEDIS.
