TL;DR

Provider Growth Associate (Medtech): Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for provider organizations to ensure fast activation and value realization with an accent on outreach, product demos, and workflow integration. Focus on building scalable onboarding playbooks and partnering with product teams to improve the user journey.

Location: In person in New York (SoHo)

Salary: $100K – $120K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations from first contact to full activation.
  • Drive outreach and engagement to bring new practices into the funnel and generate interest.
  • Host product demos, training sessions, and develop tailored onboarding materials for clinicians and administrators.
  • Build and refine repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to scale onboarding efficiently.
  • Monitor activation and adoption data to identify blockers and intervene proactively.
  • Partner with ops, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive user journey and inform feature improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or implementation, ideally within a startup or health tech environment.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in person in New York.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, patient, and confident.
  • Ability to master complex technology tools quickly and work with data.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider practices, or Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
