What you will do

• Build and extend client relationships through recruitment process delivery.
• Handle sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in on-site or off-site environments.
• Manage high touch candidate relationships with customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert on applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment process delivery, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
• Expertise in applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Strong client relationship management and customer focus skills.
• Ability to work in on-site or off-site environments.
