What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in utilities and energy
• Build long-term account plans for expansion, retention, and multi-year contracts
• Deepen relationships with operations, risk, and executive stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities across regions, use cases, and business units
• Quantify and communicate ROI to ensure renewals and investment
• Manage multi-stakeholder engagements with land-and-expand focus
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing
• Maintain forecasting for renewals, expansions, and pipeline

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in enterprise SaaS or technology sales with track record of account growth
• Experience managing large complex accounts in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure
• Proven executive relationship building and business unit expansion
• Skilled in account planning, deal strategy, and multi-threaded organizations
• Strong commercial acumen tying adoption to business outcomes
• Highly collaborative and data-driven in forecasting
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
