Salary: $129,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and manage relationships with primary care provider partners as the primary point of contact, building trusted consultative partnerships to drive Counterpart Assistant adoption.
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and training as a product SME, focusing on in-office workflows and collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Optimize provider success and retention through structured engagement plans to maximize platform use and achieve value-based care outcomes.
- Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, and driving interventions.
- Influence adoption of best practices across various PCP practice types.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to refine offerings based on provider feedback and market trends.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting with proven track record in adoption and retention.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians and staff, drive operational change, and translate data into actionable metrics for clinical and financial outcomes.
- Deep understanding of primary care/ambulatory workflows and success implementing or improving clinical processes.
- Knowledge of EHRs (ideally primary care), medical billing, reimbursement, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payments.
- Strong project management skills to prioritize initiatives and drive outcomes.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to provider practices.
Nice to have
- Understanding of value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement.
- Experience implementing value-based care tools in primary care.
- Knowledge of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, coding, Stars, HEDIS.
