What you will do
- Manage the CT operating system, including meeting cadences, agendas, decision logs, and follow-through.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to provide real-time account health visibility to leadership.
- Track and drive CT OKRs and improvement initiatives from inception through completion.
- Act as the primary bridge between Care Transformation and Marketing to ensure seamless information flow.
- Design and maintain a centralized CT enablement hub for messaging, pitches, battle cards, and product context.
- Coordinate operational contributions for major industry conferences like HFMA and ViVE.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy & ops, RevOps, or enablement leadership within high-growth B2B healthcare tech.
- Proven track record of building operational functions or information systems from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Deep familiarity with health system sales cycles and enterprise post-sale relationship dynamics.
- Exceptional written communication skills for translating complex updates into audience-specific briefs.
- Ability to influence without authority and operate with high follow-through.
