Salary Range $130,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and drive cross-functional operational programs across acquisition, partnerships, and supply scaling
- Support BPO and partner operations, including onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Operationalize and scale acquisition channels like paid, referrals, and partnerships
- Track and report on key supply and growth metrics such as activation, CAC, capacity, and utilization
- Identify supply vs. demand gaps and execute plans to close them
- Build and improve operational processes, tools, and reporting for efficiency
- Act as a connector across Delivery, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and GTM teams
- Structure analyses for ambiguous problems, develop recommendations, and drive implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, growth, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong operator who moves fluidly between strategy and execution
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplaces, supply-side growth, or partner ecosystems
- Familiarity with paid acquisition, referrals, or growth channels
- Experience working with external partners or vendors (e.g., BPOs)
