What you will do
- Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance and resource utilization
- Develop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery models
- Monitor solution assignments based on performance data and adjust for strategic priorities
- Maintain holistic view of solutions portfolio, including performance metrics and optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity, and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally as bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management
- Experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills; ability to document SOPs/processes
Nice to have
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in practice management or patient solutions
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Background in healthcare operations or clinical workflows
