What you will do

• Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance and resource utilization
• Develop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery models
• Monitor solution assignments based on performance data and adjust for strategic priorities
• Maintain holistic view of solutions portfolio, including performance metrics and optimization opportunities
• Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity, and recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally as bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management
• Experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
• Strong communication skills; ability to document SOPs/processes

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in practice management or patient solutions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Background in healthcare operations or clinical workflows
