What you will do

• Build systems that simplify healthcare complexities and enhance physician efforts while understanding business context and outcomes.
• Make independent technical and product decisions, owning work from problem definition to delivery and measurement.
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and operators to conceptualize, develop, and iterate on features based on direct stakeholder input.
• Adopt and promote AI in development processes and built solutions, staying current with new tools and technologies.
• Maintain development practices for fast iteration, including testing and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years software experience with proficiency in common languages, databases, and web frontend technologies
• Experience building and refactoring complex, often distributed, systems with focus on scalability
• Knowledge of building systems with AI agents and passion for AI's impact
• Comfort working across technical systems and connecting work to business/user outcomes
• Location: Must be in USA for remote work
