What you will do

• Design and build product features to drive user activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion.
• Develop across the full stack using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning and launch to ongoing iteration.
• Create onboarding experiences, feature discovery tools, and product education surfaces.
• Develop third-party connections to allow other products to integrate with the platform.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and team culture.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with modern web technologies: React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and own features from ideation to release.
• Experience using data to drive product decisions and navigating ambiguity.
• Ability to mentor and support other engineers.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth or expansion initiatives.
• Background in building in-product education or onboarding surfaces.
• Comfort designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse organizations.
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
