Salary: $183,000 – $276,000

What you will do
- Design and build product features to drive user activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion.
- Develop across the full stack using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle from planning and launch to ongoing iteration.
- Create onboarding experiences, feature discovery tools, and product education surfaces.
- Develop third-party connections to allow other products to integrate with the platform.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and team culture.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with modern web technologies: React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems and own features from ideation to release.
- Experience using data to drive product decisions and navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to mentor and support other engineers.
- Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience with product-led growth or expansion initiatives.
- Background in building in-product education or onboarding surfaces.
- Comfort designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse organizations.
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
