TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing systems that transform raw call data into actionable sales coaching insights with an accent on backend scalability and real-time data processing. Focus on designing event-driven SIP Softswitch workflows, processing audio streams for speech recognition, and delivering high-impact user experiences.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Compensation: $165K – $190K + Equity

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of core product features from initial concept and discovery through implementation and deployment.
  • Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) powering real-time, high-volume workflows.
  • Implement call routing via an event-driven SIP Softswitch and process audio streams for advanced speech recognition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and Designers to shape the product roadmap and deliver performant experiences.
  • Mentor teammates and define coding standards to ensure the codebase remains clean, maintainable, and scalable.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in working with RDBMS using SQL.
  • Proven experience owning features through the full lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
  • Must be based in the United States.
