Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with the ability to drive medium-complexity projects.
• Fullstack proficiency across frontend, backend, and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver work tied to real customer or business outcomes.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating technical tradeoffs.
• Track record of supporting other developers in a growth-oriented environment.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, or the UK
