Market Expansion Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify, approach, negotiate, and close partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem players.
• Own partner relationships from initial discussions through onboarding, integration, and go-live.
• Establish local operating processes, regulatory requirements, policies, filings, and regulator communications.
• Manage monthly revenue, volume, and activation targets while improving partner productivity after launch.
• Define local market strategy, priority segments, partner focus, and areas of competition.
• Build reporting, planning, and operating processes while sharing local insights with regional and global teams.

Requirements

• Fluent Indonesian and English, written and spoken.
• At least five years of experience in technology, financial services, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation and partnership development.
• Cross-functional experience spanning commercial work, operations, regulatory matters, product, or related areas.
• Experience building a market, function, or business line from the ground up.
• Ability to work independently and move between strategy and execution in an ambiguous environment.
