What you will do
- Own the Counterpart Health P&L and multi-year financial models, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Architect go-to-market strategies by modeling pricing, unit economics, and margin profiles for partnerships and payer relationships.
- Lead annual planning and long-range strategic forecasting cycles with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Partner with Clinical, Product, and Engineering leadership to drive cost visibility and spend management.
- Provide financial insights for critical technology investment decisions and software capitalization.
- Implement scalable spend governance and reporting frameworks to support business growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, payer, or health-tech environments.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Deep expertise in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, or risk-based healthcare models (PMPM, shared savings).
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with strong data-driven storytelling skills.
- Ability to connect financial insights to clinical outcomes and technology strategy.
