What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue forecasting across multiple streams, building driver-based models from pipeline activity.
- Lead forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, and alignment with sales and revenue operations.
- Analyze performance drivers across products, bundles, and cross-sell, providing actionable insights.
- Prepare and present revenue materials for executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Define revenue KPIs, improve data infrastructure, and support pricing and go-to-market decisions.
- Manage and develop the revenue FP&A team, establishing structure and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
- 12+ years in FP&A or commercial finance with revenue forecasting ownership.
- 5+ years leadership managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in complex revenue environments with multiple products and streams.
- Strong sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and driver-based modeling skills.
- Proficiency in FP&A tools (Adaptive, Planful, etc.), advanced Excel, CRM.
- Must be US based for compliance with HIPAA and policies.

- MBA or advanced degree.
