What you will do

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting across multiple streams, building driver-based models from pipeline activity.
• Lead forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, and alignment with sales and revenue operations.
• Analyze performance drivers across products, bundles, and cross-sell, providing actionable insights.
• Prepare and present revenue materials for executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
• Define revenue KPIs, improve data infrastructure, and support pricing and go-to-market decisions.
• Manage and develop the revenue FP&A team, establishing structure and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related.
• 12+ years in FP&A or commercial finance with revenue forecasting ownership.
• 5+ years leadership managing high-performing teams.
• Experience in complex revenue environments with multiple products and streams.
• Strong sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and driver-based modeling skills.
• Proficiency in FP&A tools (Adaptive, Planful, etc.), advanced Excel, CRM.
• Must be US based for compliance with HIPAA and policies.

• MBA or advanced degree.
