TL;DR

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead central deal desk for consistent pricing decisions and evolve enterprise pricing frameworks across ASO, value-based care, and SaaS constructs.
  • Support sales on complex deals with margin-centric playbooks, concession matrices, and decision tools.
  • Build pricing models (PMPM, bundles, usage-based, value-based) and define KPIs/dashboards with Strategic Finance.
  • Conduct scenario analysis for initiatives, offerings, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Legal, FP&A, and RevOps on launches, renewals, and innovations.
  • Mentor pricing team, promote discipline, and improve tools/tech stack.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in pricing strategy, strategic finance, revenue strategy, or deal desk leadership, ideally in high-growth SaaS, healthcare tech, or B2B enterprise.
  • Proven leadership in pricing strategies supporting growth and profitability, with governance and frameworks at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills for pricing models, tradeoffs in margin/competitiveness/value, financial modeling, CRM/CPQ, advanced Excel.
  • Cross-functional experience influencing executives with data-driven insights.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare/digital health pricing experience (employer-sponsored, value-based care, clinical modeling).
  • Enterprise sales support for complex negotiations/contracts.
  • Integrating pricing with actuarial/clinical data.
