What you will do
- Lead central deal desk for consistent pricing decisions and evolve enterprise pricing frameworks across ASO, value-based care, and SaaS constructs.
- Support sales on complex deals with margin-centric playbooks, concession matrices, and decision tools.
- Build pricing models (PMPM, bundles, usage-based, value-based) and define KPIs/dashboards with Strategic Finance.
- Conduct scenario analysis for initiatives, offerings, and expansions.
- Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Legal, FP&A, and RevOps on launches, renewals, and innovations.
- Mentor pricing team, promote discipline, and improve tools/tech stack.
Requirements
- 12+ years in pricing strategy, strategic finance, revenue strategy, or deal desk leadership, ideally in high-growth SaaS, healthcare tech, or B2B enterprise.
- Proven leadership in pricing strategies supporting growth and profitability, with governance and frameworks at scale.
- Strong analytical skills for pricing models, tradeoffs in margin/competitiveness/value, financial modeling, CRM/CPQ, advanced Excel.
- Cross-functional experience influencing executives with data-driven insights.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or related; MBA preferred.

- Healthcare/digital health pricing experience (employer-sponsored, value-based care, clinical modeling).
- Enterprise sales support for complex negotiations/contracts.
- Integrating pricing with actuarial/clinical data.
