What you will do

• Lead FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and performance management.
• Provide executive decision support by analyzing growth efficiency, margins, cohort economics, and staffing.
• Manage cash and capital planning, runway, working capital, and support fundraising.
• Build financial reporting packages with KPIs, dashboards, and variance analysis for leadership and board.
• Oversee monthly close, accounting partnerships, and scalable processes like controls and workflows.
• Develop finance systems, tooling, and team while partnering cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 10-15 years progressive finance experience including in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
• Experience as senior finance leader (Senior Director/Head of Finance/VP Finance) owning planning and performance end-to-end.
• Strong strategic finance skills: financial modeling, scenario analysis, KPI design.
• Ability to build scalable processes in resource-constrained settings.
• Hands-on execution with strategic influence and strong communication.
• Experience with external providers for accounting, tax, payroll, audit, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription, DTC, marketplace, or healthcare services with focus on unit economics and retention.
