VP, Finance (Healthcare)

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and market factors

What you will do

• Lead company-wide FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modeling, and performance management.
• Translate financial and operational signals into actionable insights on growth efficiency, margins, cohort economics, staffing, and other business drivers.
• Manage cash, working capital, runway, capital planning, fundraising support, and investor diligence.
• Prepare and deliver board-level financial reporting, KPI dashboards, variance narratives, and strategic financial recommendations.
• Oversee the monthly close and partnerships with external accounting, tax, payroll, and audit providers.
• Build scalable finance processes, controls, systems, tooling, and the finance function as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including meaningful experience in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
• Hands-on experience scaling finance through multiple venture financing rounds, Series B or later, and/or an IPO or public-company-readiness process.
• Experience presenting financial strategy and results to boards of directors, investors, or C-suite decision-makers.
• Senior finance leadership experience owning planning and performance management end to end.
• Ability to work hands-on in financial models, close processes, and systems while setting a 3–5 year strategic financial vision.
• Experience with scalable controls and reporting, external providers, compliance, risk management, and subscription, DTC, marketplace, or healthcare services businesses.
