What you will do

• Design facility control systems, SCADA platforms, and life-safety monitoring including Fire Alarm and Gas Monitoring solutions.
• Develop comprehensive engineering packages, including P&IDs, control loop drawings, and detailed wiring diagrams.
• Perform precise sizing and selection of instruments, control devices, and valves, and prepare technical data sheets for procurement.
• Initiate and develop Sequence of Operation (SOO) documents to define automated system behavior.
• Review vendor submittals and design deliverables to ensure compliance with NFPA 70, UL 508A, and other national codes.
• Engage in field walks, site visits, and commissioning of engineered systems using Revit and Navisworks for 3D coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is required.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial control systems engineering and design.
• Hands-on experience with PLC-based systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Schneider Modicon).
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Ability to meet physical mobility demands, including climbing ladders and walking long distances on job sites.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proven experience in high-tech industrial sectors such as Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Data Centers.
