What you will do

  • Establish the deal desk operating model, including pricing frameworks, discount governance, and approval matrices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales on complex deal structuring and commercial terms for enterprise and marketplace transactions.
  • Own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process for direct contracts and cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce and ChargeBee while delivering monthly and quarterly bookings and renewal reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deal execution between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate deal analysis and contract reviews.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in deal desk or revenue operations within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a deal desk function from the ground up.
  • Deep expertise in complex enterprise deal structuring (MSAs, SOWs) and cloud marketplace transactions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and subscription billing platforms such as ChargeBee, Stripe, or Bill.com.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for process improvement and document generation.
  • Must be located in San Francisco or Boston.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth, venture-backed companies (Series B through growth stage).
  • Background working within a Revenue Operations function building GTM systems.
  • Exposure to AI-native companies or developer-focused tools.
