TL;DR

Virtual Financial Advisor (Hybrid): Providing purpose-based financial advice on investments, insurance, banking, and generosity to re-engage existing clients and serve natural market with an accent on building trust and delivering tailored recommendations. Focus on virtual client meetings, creating financial plans, and connecting clients to hirify.global products using tools like hirify.global Planning Platform and Salesforce.

Hybrid in Dallas, Texas – office up to 3 days per week, remote otherwise. Must be eligible for securities registration and insurance licensing in all 50 US states.

Base pay $23.80–$26.45 per hour + monthly sales bonuses.

What you will do

  • Leverage relationship-building and sales skills to engage clients via phone, shared screens, and video.
  • Guide clients in creating and maintaining financial plans aligned with hirify.global’s mission of service and faith.
  • Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to hirify.global products and programs.
  • Access large existing client base and serve your natural market of friends and family.
  • Use robust tools including hirify.global Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar.
  • Collaborate with team for support and growth toward joining a local team or building your own practice within 18-24 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans encouraged.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days.
  • State insurance licensed in life, health, and variable lines or obtained within 90 days.
  • Satisfactory criminal and financial background check.
  • Self-disciplined, driven, with strong interpersonal skills and results orientation.
  • Experience from sales, account management, real estate, or similar fields transitions well.
