Location: Remote (US only - eligibility required for securities registration and insurance licensing in all 50 states)

Base pay: $21.64–$28.85/hour + monthly sales bonuses

What you will do

• Leverage relationship-building to engage and re-engage clients via phone, video, and shared screens.
• Provide actionable financial plans aligned with clients' values, connecting them to hirify.global products.
• Proactively schedule virtual appointments and serve natural market of friends/family.
• Use tools like hirify.global Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar.
• Collaborate with team for support in sales and client service development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days
• State insurance licenses (life, health, variable) or obtained within 90 days
• Eligibility for securities/insurance licensing in all 50 states
• Satisfactory criminal and financial background check
