Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Own monthly/quarterly financial close, journal entries, accruals, general ledger reconciliations, and chart of accounts maintenance
• Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606), order-to-cash cycle, invoicing, collections, AP workflows, and cash/treasury operations
• Lead sales/use tax compliance, annual audit execution, technical accounting research, and internal controls establishment
• Drive automation and AI-enabled accounting workflows, process improvements, and financial infrastructure for scaling
• Build and lead accounting team over time, partnering with FP&A and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related
• 8+ years in accounting, preferably SaaS/tech/high-growth; owned full month-end close and GL
• Deep US GAAP knowledge, hands-on ASC 606 for complex contracts
• Experience with cloud ERPs (Quickbooks, NetSuite), Salesforce workflows, AP/AR automation, Excel
• Self-starter, strategic/hands-on operator, clear communicator in fast-paced environment
