What you will do

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Design and maintain accounting controls to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare the company for PCAOB financial audits and support SOX 404 compliance implementation.
• Manage key accounting processes for cash, revenue, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for ERP and AP technology stacks, driving system enhancements.
• Mentor team members and document scalable workflows and accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with hands-on general ledger and month-end close responsibilities.
• Prior audit experience; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience with 10-K/10-Q financial reporting for public companies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and billing tools like Ramp.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
