What you will do

• Manage global AR portfolio >$2B, ensuring timely collections and minimized bad debt.
• Conduct credit reviews in Salesforce for contracts ≥$3M TCV.
• Oversee outsourced collections teams in Costa Rica and Poland, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Handle escalations, dispute resolution, and payment plan negotiations.
• Build AR metrics, DSO reports, cash forecasts, and present to executives.
• Lead month-end A/R close, bad debt analysis, and reconciliations.
• Drive order-to-cash process improvements with AI automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Billing, Legal, and Treasury on deals and billing accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Credit & Collections, including 3+ years managing enterprise portfolios
• Experience leading distributed/outsourced teams across time zones
• Strong Salesforce proficiency for credit approvals and workflows
• Deep knowledge of financial statements, credit risk, SOX compliance
• Advanced Excel for reporting models; ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• AI/ML familiarity for collections automation and risk prediction
• Excellent communication for leadership and customer interactions

Nice to have

• SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or tech hardware experience
• BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• International AR and multi-currency operations
