What you will do

  • Own demand to pipeline conversion: define targeting, engagement timing, and lead movement from Marketing to SDR to Sales.
  • Design lifecycle, routing, and scoring systems for MQLs, PQLs, ICP segmentation, and lead routing to maximize conversions.
  • Build systems and timing for prospect and customer outreach across lifecycle stages and account segments.
  • Translate product, intent, and campaign signals into outbound, nurture, and sales handoffs.
  • Drive funnel performance: identify gaps, improve conversions, and provide visibility into pipeline drivers and ROI.
  • Automate GTM workflows with AI to reduce manual work in campaigns, events, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to align execution, measurement, and planning.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven scaling of marketing ops systems at growing company (e.g., $10M → $50M+ ARR).
  • Player-coach: designed and implemented lifecycle systems, routing, scoring, automation hands-on.
  • Experience operating at scale with growing GTM org and robust systems.
  • Strong technical skills in automation, workflows, integrations, marketing systems (CRM, lifecycle tools, enrichment).
  • Translate data/signals into GTM programs beyond reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools for GTM; strong stakeholder management.
