What you will do

• Serve as a core member of the Marketing Leadership team to set strategic agendas and solve complex organizational problems.
• Design and manage the marketing operating system, including annual/quarterly planning and OKR discipline.
• Partner with Finance to own budget, headcount planning, and investment tradeoff recommendations.
• Lead the organization through AI-enabled transformation, reinventing workflows to increase speed and creativity.
• Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, from defining the operating model to program-managing execution.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Strategy to ensure GTM alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or GTM roles within a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
• AI-native operator with deep knowledge of AI agents and orchestration to create organizational leverage.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Exceptional program management skills with the ability to bridge high-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and guide teams through the adoption of new technologies.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.
