Account Manager (Ad Sales): Partner closely with sales teams to manage full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns from ideation and planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis with an accent on performance monitoring and client relationship management. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, troubleshooting delivery issues, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Location: Hybrid in New York City, 3 days/week in office. Salary subject to geographic adjustment if authorized to work outside NYC, NY.
Salary: $97,000 - $100,000 a year

What you will do
- Partner with Sales throughout the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
- Manage campaign delivery, monitor performance, and implement optimizations
- Lead post-campaign reporting, wrap-ups, insights, and recommendations
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive repeat business with clients
- Collaborate with Ad Operations to troubleshoot issues and optimize proactively
- Utilize Google Ad Manager for inventory assessment and campaign planning
- Support month-end billing, reconciliation, and forecasting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, media, or agency environment
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Experience in creative brainstorming and campaign development
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Ad Manager
