TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (hirify.global Ads): Lead and grow senior-level client and agency relationships, optimize campaign performance, and develop innovative branded and performance video campaigns with an accent on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on analyzing KPIs, educating partners on Snap products, and driving measurable ROI through strategic planning and upsell opportunities.

Location: Office 4+ days per week in assigned US work locations (pay zones including Zone A: CA, WA, NYC; Los Angeles).

What you will do

  • Lead, manage, and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Educate brands and agencies on Snap products, advise on best practices, and drive optimal campaign performance.
  • Onboard new account managers and specialists on best practices and cross-functional relationships.
  • Partner on RFPs to develop insight-driven digital campaigns delivering measurable ROI.
  • Lead complex projects with cross-functional collaboration internally and externally.
  • Analyze campaign data, guide KPI strategies, optimize performance, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Increase adoption of self-service platform and auction tools with technical support and real-time analysis.
  • Develop case studies and test-and-learn agendas across categories.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years evaluating complex data for campaign performance stories or client brand strategy with in-depth analysis.
  • Experience in digital media focusing on performance/brand marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic real-time bidding.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing datasets for actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of advertising performance metrics and biddable auction environments.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration at all management levels; exceptional communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Track record of meeting quota and positive reviews.
  • Passion for hirify.global as a user and knowledge of ad products.
