Account Services Representative (Sales)

TL;DR

Account Services Representative (Sales): Managing media proposals and revenue operations to maximize profitable revenue with an accent on pre-sale processes and customer service. Focus on creating sellable proposals, inventory forecasting, and strategic pricing in the scatter market.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY). Must be based in New York and be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary: $66,300 per year

What you will do

• Create and revise compelling media proposals during the pre-sale process.
• Participate in RFP brainstorms to provide insights on pricing, packaging, and inventory requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate data within Salesforce and Operative systems.
• Forecast inventory availability for Takeovers and Rotational media.
• Manage Go-To Market packaging, premiere tracking, and upfront spend.
• Collaborate with Sales and Ad Ops to resolve delivery issues and propose inventory solutions.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate with a strong interest in Sales.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days per week in office).
• High level understanding of media math and Nielsen/Comscore data ratings.
• Knowledge of DoubleClick, Operative, or Salesforce is a plus.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in digital, TV, or agency media.
• Experience working with dynamic digital products such as Sponsorships, Audience Guarantee, Viewability, and Programmatic.
