TL;DR

Account Director, Experiential: Lead high-impact client relationships and drive innovative event solutions that bring brands to life with an accent on strategic partnership, hands-on execution, and team leadership. Location: Candidates must be based in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin. Remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on location (part-time office required if in KS or MN).

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

What you will do

  • Serve as primary strategic partner for key client accounts, building long-term relationships and translating goals into event strategies.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of corporate events of all sizes, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead strategic account reviews, identify growth opportunities, and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 2-4 event professionals, providing coaching and ensuring high performance.
  • Provide leadership during high-pressure moments and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in client services or account management, with 5+ years in event planning.
  • Proven success leading complex client relationships and event portfolios.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
  • Deep understanding of event logistics, production, and brand strategy.
  • Experience managing teams and budgets in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events; flexibility for extended hours during peak periods.
