What you will do

• Manage internal and CWF talent pools for client assignments and business development opportunities.
• Optimize consultant utilization and work allocation across various solution areas.
• Support Resource Managers for a pre-defined population of consultants, ranging from analysts to senior client partners.
• Maintain the KF TalentFinder tool and update Booking Boards to ensure accurate capacity and forward-view visibility.
• Proactively drive new resourcing practices both regionally and on a global basis.
• Partner with internal groups and solution leaders to ensure the right talent is available at the right time.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Resource Management.
