Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end measurement strategy across multiple accounts and campaign types.
- Develop smart, actionable measurement plans aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze channel performance and build dashboards in Looker to support decision-making.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of marketing science specialists.
- Improve internal processes and design methodical problem-solving approaches for complex projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry.
- 5+ years of specialized experience in media analytics.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams within the online measurement industry.
- Hands-on proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools.
- Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Expert understanding of the media landscape, tag/taxonomy management systems, and online measurement.
